Our Essentials Design Service is priced with a flat fee based on room type, size, and scale. After understanding your project’s scope and the number of rooms you'd like designed, we’ll provide a clear, straightforward fee menu tailored to your needs. This ensures you know exactly what to expect, with no surprises along the way.

Our design fees cover the creation of your personalized design plan, but do not include the cost of furnishings, artwork, or accessories.

For projects with a $20,000 minimum investment, we’re happy to order and manage the delivery of your furniture and accessories, ensuring everything arrives ready for installation. For projects with a smaller furniture budget, we’ll provide you with a curated shopping list, and you can order the items at your convenience. Delivery and installation will be handled independently, allowing you the flexibility to bring your design to life on your own timeline.

Our Essentials Interior Design Service is designed for full rooms or entire spaces to ensure that the design we create for you is cohesive and reflects our highest standards of quality. While we don’t offer contractor services, we’ll work closely with you to create a clear, detailed design plan that captures your vision and intent. Our plans will include descriptive details and design specifications, but any drawings will be based on the measurements you provide. Since we haven’t physically visited the site, these measurements are intended as a guide, and we recommend that you arrange a site survey with your contractors before they provide quotes or begin work. We always prioritize delivering a clear and accurate design vision to guide your project.

Every project is unique, and several factors can influence the timeline. We aim to deliver your design plans within 4-6 weeks. If your design includes a full package of furniture, artwork, and accessories, delivery can take anywhere from 4 to 16 weeks after ordering. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process to ensure everything runs smoothly.
