From Rendering to Real Life: Harbour Haven

There’s something magical about watching a vision come to life — when a design that once existed only on our screens transforms into a warm, welcoming space that clients can actually live in. Our Harbour Haven project captures that journey perfectly: the art of turning inspiration into reality, one thoughtful layer at a time.

A Coastal Retreat Rooted in Calm

Perched above the sparkling waters of Clearwater, this home was designed as a serene coastal haven — a place to unwind, recharge, and connect. Our clients wanted spaces that felt collected yet uncomplicated, balancing natural textures with modern coastal polish.

From the start, we leaned into a palette of soft neutrals, sun-washed blues, and warm sandy tones, drawing inspiration from Florida’s coastline. The result is a home that feels both elevated and approachable, where every room speaks the same quiet, confident language.

Guest Bedroom: A Study in Texture and Tranquility

In the guest bedroom, texture takes center stage. Handwoven rattan mirrors dance across the wall, echoing the organic movement of waves and light. Layered textiles — from indigo knit euro shams to diamond-quilted bedding — create depth and dimension without overwhelming the space.

We paired woven natural fibers with crisp navy accents for a look that feels equal parts coastal and tailored. The golden lumbar pillow adds just the right touch of warmth — a nod to the Florida sun that inspired this entire home.

Primary Suite: Lush Layers and Subtle Pattern

The primary suite continues the story with botanical-inspired prints and soft, sophisticated greens. It’s a subtle shift in tone but maintains the same soothing energy — relaxed yet refined. The tailored bed linens and structured lamps ground the space, proving that coastal can be both breezy and intentional.

Living Room: A Breath of Coastal Air

Light floods the living area, where our renderings guided every layer — from the tailored sectional to the patterned rug that anchors the room. Brass accents, woven textures, and sea-glass tones create harmony throughout, while a large potted palm brings a bit of nature indoors.

One of our favorite details? The rattan mirror over the console — a visual link that ties the living space back to the organic textures seen throughout the bedrooms. Every element was thoughtfully chosen to create connection, balance, and flow.
